Laboratory Test Report
December
7, 2000 - CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING
An EPA Approved Environmental testing Laboratory Using #2 diesel (home
heating oil), in an air motionless area, three baseline readings were
taken 30 seconds apart.
The
HeatMAX device was installed and 10 minutes was allowed for stabilization
of the conditioned fuel to reach the flame. Three test readings were taken

"We
have tried said system on our steam boilers, which are operating with
fuel oil, under the supervision of our factory Engineering Department."
"Saving percentage is 19%." "In addition to above; utilization
of FuelMAX extends life of boilers by means of removing carbon residues
inside boiler incinerator and flame pipes thus reducing the need for periodic
maintenance." The
factory Engineering Department recommends utilization of this system with
all factory boilers, vehicles, and engines."
